    I love getting comments. It really makes this rather strange activity of blogging seem like a conversation, not a monologue.

    If you’re commenting for the first time, then I have to approve the comment, otherwise as long as you have already had one comment published, it should show up straight away.

    It’s great when people take what I’ve written in new directions, and I welcome debate. I’m open to hearing about ideas I might not necessarily agree with. However if someone submits a comment that is simply unpleasant or courts controversy for the sake of it, then I will just ignore it. Life’s too short.
